The Rota Liyo Estates that housed her just days after her arrival in 2012 undergone a renamed by Rota Field Manager Barrie Toves, Rota's Blue Bay Homes previously under section 8 before the start of July 2013 now under Multifamilies Hud out of San Francisco office covering California, Arizona, San Francisco, and Hawaii has held the rquest for a transfer to Guam where HUD Guam office already confirmed from days after Kesha arrived Guam that all they waited was the voucher to be ported from Toves and her housing would be sorted out straight away.
Thus far, that voucher has never arrived and she remains homeless and in poor health. Falling health in Rota, made it necessary to relocated to neighboring island of Guam. Receiving better media care and increased food stamp amount per month assistance in order to regain health, after a series of setbacks received a media exemption which restored her food stamps assistance and allocated her EBT allowance.
Desperately require the transfer of my housing voucher to Guam, in order that her kidnapped children by Hollywood celebrities and London Met Police who teamed up years ago to create a network of molested and prostituted children using her bloodline can finally be united with her. Adequate accommodation even in the main land would be sought over going inside Hollywood after the vicious treatment and attempts to steal and sabotage EliteOne Porvocateur, Elite One Films, Move From Poverty, and Futuristic Pursuit.
